RENTAL FEE / SUMMARY OF CHARGES

• Fees: The fee for a club member is $250.00 plus tax, with kitchen.
• Non-member fee is $400.00 plus tax, with kitchen.
• The payment is due at time of reservation.
• You are permitted to hire a caterer to utilize the kitchen area to meet the needs of your event.

BAR REGULATIONS

• The club management reserves the right to the bar. The bar will be available with alcohol being served for all events scheduled.
• The club bartenders along with the club liquor license rules will serve all drinks.
• Absolutely no beer, liquor, champagne, wine, etc. may be brought into the premises by anyone renting the facility. If you have special request, such as a keg, open bar, ticketed drinks, champagne, wine, etc. please contact the club manager at least 2 weeks in advance.
• There is 1 keg allowed per event – pricing available at clubhouse.

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL RULES

• Reservations are made directly with the clubhouse manager.
• The clubhouse will not be rented for private parties or functions in conflict with the club schedule of events.
• Clubhouse rental also includes use of the parking lot for parking cars, the deck and the areas bordering the exterior of the club house. Lessees and their guests do not have rights to the golfing areas of the course including the practice green, practice range nor the cart storage facilities.
• It is the club’s responsibility to furnish bartenders. The clubhouse manager has the right to hire security or contact appropriate authorities with any disturbances. If the club manager hires security personnel, the cost will be billed to the lessee.
• The lessee is responsible for their guests and any damages will be billed to the lessee.
• At all functions beverages are provided by the club with the exception of milk, tea and coffee served by a caterer. No alcohol may be brought onto the course premises.
• Entertainment requires approval from the club manager.
• During the lease of the facilities members and daily fee players retain their rights including golf, practice areas, locker rooms and bar facilities.
• At the discretion of the Board of Directors, the club allows non club golf tournaments with the provision that members are participating. For events with less than 80 golfers the green fees are $13 per person. For events with 80 or more golfers, green fees are $10 per person.
• Post event tasks: renter removes decorations and decorating materials examples table cloths, nails, staples, tape etc., personal belongings and caterer items.

OTHER REGULATIONS

The renter is responsible for the following clean-up procedures.

• All decorations and personal items must be removed after the event; this included but not limited to table cloths, table settings, tape, nails, and/or staples used when decorating.
• If a caterer is utilized, all items brought to the country club must be removed.
• If the kitchen is utilized, it must be left in an orderly fashion.
• Please check in after the event with staff person on duty.
• The renter is responsible for any damages incurred while renting the club.
• The club is a smoke free environment.
• The Waukon County Club is to be held blameless in the event of an injury or accident while this agreement is in force.
