2024 Waukon Country Club Rental

All reservations must be made the with club manager by calling 563-568-9939. 

Summary of Charges

  • Fees: The fee for a club member is $250.00 plus tax, with kitchen.
  • Non-member fee is $400.00 plus tax, with kitchen.
  • The payment is due at time of reservation.
  • You are permitted to hire a caterer to utilize the kitchen area to meet the needs of your event.

Bar Regulations

The club management reserves the right to the bar.  The bar will be available with alcohol being served for all events scheduled.

The club bartenders along with the club liquor license rules will serve all drinks.

Absolutely no beer, liquor, champagne, wine, etc. may be brought into the premises by anyone renting the facility.  If you have special request, such as a keg, open bar, ticketed drinks, champagne, wine, etc. please contact the club manager at least 2 weeks in advance.

There is 1 keg allowed per event  –  pricing available at clubhouse.

Other Regulations

The renter is responsible for the following clean-up procedures.

  • All decorations and personal items must be removed after the event; this included but not limited to table cloths, table settings, tape, nails, and/or staples used when decorating.
  • If a caterer is utilized, all items brought to the country club must be removed.
  • If the kitchen is utilized, it must be left in an orderly fashion.
  • Please check in after the event  with staff person on duty.
  • The renter is responsible for any damages incurred while renting the club.
  • The club is a smoke free environment.
  • The Waukon County Club is to be held blameless in the event of an injury or accident while this agreement is in force.
